A-1. Agent banking is to provide limited Banking service through a Bank nominatedAgent at your locality.

Q-2. What is difference between customer account in a Bank Branch and in Agent outlet?

A-2. Basically there are no difference and all customer accounts are Standard Bank accounts

Q-3. What documents requires to open an account in nearest Agent outlet?

A-3. Completely filled & signed Account opening form with the following documents:

  1. - 2 copies of P.P size photograph of Account holder
  2. - NID/Passport/Valid photo ID
  3. - Photograph of Nominee attested by account holder

Q-4. How much deposit required to open an account in Agent outlet?

A-4. You can open an account with any amount of initial Deposit

Q-5. What is extra charge required in maintaining account in Agent outlet?

A-5. No extra charge required for Banking services in an Agent outlet

Q-6. Whether Agent Banking customer can get cheque book from Agent outlet?

A-6. No cheque book will be issued for Agent Banking Customer. Customer have to withdraw money through thumb impression. Customers cn avail Debit card instead of cheque for multimodal cash withdrawal.
