Tenure: 12 Months. Maximum: 36 Months
Repayment method: Equal Monthly Installment
First repayment date: One month after the date of customer’s availing the loan.
Debt Burden ratio: 50:50
Rate of Interest: 17%p.a.q.r (Subject to change time to time by the Head Office)
Loan Processing Fee: 1% of loan Limit.
Risk Fund: 1% of loan Limit.

Purchase of Motor Cycle.

Maximum 03(Three) Lac. (The motor cycle will be registered in joint name wherein SBL will be the First party. Customer will bear insurance & registration charge)

1. Minimum age: Maximum age at loan maturity up to 60(Sixty) years. Minimum age: 25 years
2. Minimum service/Length of service: Regular employee having minimum two years service.
3. Minimum Income: Minimum monthly income Tk.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) only

All Banks, All Gazzated Officers, Officers of Govt, Semi-Govt. organization & Multi National Companies. Teachers of public & private university, reputed schools & colleges.

1. Letter of introduction from the employer.
2. Letter of undertaking for salary & terminal benefits assignment.
3. Complete Charge Documents.
4. For tangible assets letter of Hypothecation.
5. Personal Guarantee of spouse/parents.
6. Personal Guarantee of colleague or any person accepted to Bank.
7. Personal Net-Worth statement.
8. Post dated Cheques.
9. One undated cheque.
10. Three copies of Passport size photographs.
11. TIN certificate.
12. National ID Card/Citizenship certificate from the competent authority.
