Now, they are always in a position to detect unauthorized access to their account and also help to know their balances and mini statements instantly by just sending Push-Pull SMS.

Balance Inquiry:

• SB BAL 1234 **** (Last 4 digits of customer’s A/C) & send “6969”

Mini Statements:

• SB STM 1234 **** (Last 4 digits of customer’s A/C) & send “6969”

Services Charge:

• Annually Tk. 200 BDT + 15% VAT per A/C
